She was born on August 4, 1916 in Roswell, New Mexico to Louis and Janie King, She moved to Spur with her mother and sister Mabel at an early age. Spur was her home for 75 years.
She attended TWU in Denton, Texas and Texas Tech before her marriage to Ferrel Albin in 1935. They were members of the First Methodist Church in Spur for many years. The friends they shared in Spur were always a source of joy and pleasure, and she never forgot them.
She is survived by her daughter Jane Anne Ensey and husband Ron Ensey of Las Cruces, New Mexico and her son David Albin and Cheryl Albin of Midland, Texas. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
The family is most grateful to the staff of the Mabee Center for the wonderful care they provided for our mother. They were compassionate and caring friends to her in so many ways.
Funeral arrangements were handled by Campbell Funeral Home.
