Married to Anna Laura Carroll Pleines. Children... Frances Ann Pleines Eanes, Barbara Jean Pleines Fick, Marilyn Carol Pleines DePasquale Schulz, Robin Marie Pleines Tully Chachere, Lauren Lynn Pleines,Bradley Carroll Kiefner Martin Colson. George William Pleines.

Dad joined the army right before WW2 ended then finished up in the Phillipines.
After returning home he had a job working in a diner along Pulaski Hwy. The next job was at the Chevrolet plant in Baltimore. At that time we lived in White Marsh next to my Grandparents.(The Carrolls) Dad then went to work for the B&ORR as a fireman. He worked and studied until he became an engineer then years later he retired. Throughout this time he and Mom had five daughters and one son. Dad was born in Bradshaw and christened under a tree next to the old house. After school,he would come home to help his dad in the family florist business,by working in the greenhouses. He was a good Dad and I think of him EVERYDAY. He enjoyed taking his kids to places he never got to go as a child. We have many memories of our Dad and I hope that future generations of his family will see this and feel proud that they are a spin-off of this man's life.
