Willis Frank Sigler, 88, of 223 Oswald St., died yesterday in Oakwood Hospital, Dearborn, Mich. Mr. Sigler had been living with his son, Gerald, in Dearborn, since March.

A native of Roanoke, Ind., Mr. Sigler lived in the Toledo area most of his life. He was a yardmaster for the Chesapeake & Ohio Railroad for 44 years, retiring 19 years ago. He was a member of the Brotherhood of Railway Trainmen.

Also surviving are a brother, Charles; and sister, Mrs. Goldie Scott, both of Toledo, and one grandson.

Services will be Monday at 2 p.m. in the Clegg Mortuary, with burial in Ottawa Hills Memorial Park.
