Delia was born Dec 5, 1823 and died July 9, 1903 at age of 79..
She first married Oliver Sadler in 1840, at age 16 in Tennessee
Oliver and Delia had a child Ira Bradford Sadler born 6-20-Delia was born Dec 5, 1823 and died July 9, 1903 at age of 79.
Oliver died July 4th, 1841, 2 weeks after Ira was born.
Chester Calhoun Sadler (4-16-1824) was Oliver Sadler's first cousin, one removed.(Chester's father's first cousin was Oliver)
Chester married Delia on 12-3-1843, 2 yrs 5 months after Oliver died.
This marriage meant that Chester was the stepfather to his 2nd Cousin.
Chester and Delia emigrated to Texas in 1853 and settled on Cowhouse Creek in Coryell County.
Chester and Delia went on to have 9 children.
