Survived by his wife, Mrs. Mildred Morse Goforth; two daughters, Misses Sandra Goforth and Sheryl Goforth, both of Nashville; one son, James Leroy Goforth, St. Louis, Mo.; one sister, Mrs. Golda Bacon, Puxico, Mo. Remains rest at the funeral home of Phillips-Robinson Company, where funeral services will be conducted Monday morning at 10:00 o'clock. Rev. Harold L. Sorrells will officiate. Active pallbearers--Skeen Thorne, Josh Day, Norman Gentry, R. P. Ostergard, Sr., J. W. Ford, Donald Cowan, C. A. Austin, Lovel Tabor. Interment Spring Hill Cemetery. Phillips-Robinson Co., Directors.
