Norman “Gene” Bobo, age 73, of Queen City, Texas, went to join his wife Cindy in their heavenly home, Wednesday, July 1, 2020 at his home in Atlanta, Texas.

Gene was born September 18, 1946 in Queen City, Texas to Elzer and Eleanor Bobo. He was a beloved member of Circle “J” Cowboy Church, Texarkana, Arkansas. He enjoyed everything outdoors, wood working, cooking all the best family meals and spending time with his little buddy, Liam.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Cindy; his parents; brother, Richard Bobo, and brother in law, Amos Lightfoot.

He is survived by his daughter Tracie; two granddaughters, Chelsea and Samantha; great grandson, Liam; brother, Doyce Bobo and wife Rae; sister, Mary Lightfoot and a number of other relatives and friends.

Graveside services will be held at 10:00 am, Monday, July 6, 2020, under the direction of Hanner Funeral Service, at Antioch Cemetery in Queen City, Texas with Bro. Todd Hervey officiating.
