Mrs. Julie Ann Barnes Bettie age 59 of Medina, passed away Thursday, July 2, 2020 in Jackson Madison County General Hospital.
She was born August 24, 1960 to the late Carroll Barnes and Barbara Carpenter Barnes. Mrs. Bettie worked as a medical clerk for Jackson Madison County General Hospital for thirty-five years as well as four additional years at the Kirkland Cancer Center.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Dave Barnes.
Survivors include her husband, Tim Bettie; daughter, Jackie Lynn Bettie; one brother and four sisters, Steve Barnes, Vickie Nelson, Sherry Lambert, Crystal McClain and Paula Eckberg.
Funeral services to celebrate the life of Mrs. Bettie will be conducted Wednesday, July 8, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Medina Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Latham’s Chapel Cemetery.
