Aleda Marvel Watts Arnold Age 82, was born on September 7th, 1929 in Altona, NY to Gilbert and Ruth Watts. She passed away into the loving arms of Jesus Christ on December 21st, 2011 after a brief battle with leukemia. She was preceded in death by her parents Ruth and Gilbert Watts, brothers Glen and Dale, and sisters Ferne and Shirley. She is survived by Carlos, her husband of 57 years, sons James, Andrew, Steven (Kerry), and Peter (Elizabeth), 8 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, and sister Grace Winchell (Dan). She enjoyed her family, crocheting, and reading. Aleda became an elementary school teacher in 1951, and taught in New York, Alaska, and England. Aleda finished her career in the Bethel School District in 1993. She will be missed by all whom she touched. Services will be held Tuesday, December 27th, 2011 at 7:15pm at South Hill Calvary Chapel, located at 1818 S. Meridian, Puyallup, WA. She will be laid to rest at Mountain View Cemetery in Lakewood.
