Joseph Ottis, son of Thomas and Virginia Dorothy, of Hillsboro, Iowa, departed this life after the brief stage of 19 days, but through much pain he left a ray of sunshine and will be sorely missed by his loved ones.
He was named for his grandfather. Besides his parents, are four brothers, Kenneth, Alton, Cecil and Harold; and many relatives to mourn his loss.
A brief service was held in the home, then burial was in the Spencer cemetery.
Rev. L.E. McCargar officiated.
