Erma M. Dorothy, 75, Fairfield, died Saturday at 2:25 p.m. at the Jefferson County Hospital. She had been in failing health for several years.
Burial in the Glasgow Cemetery.
The daughter of John P. and Emma Hill Nugen, she was born July 20, 1905 in New London. She was married to Willis Loving Jan 8, 1921. He died December, 1936.
She married Chester J. Dorothy June 29 1943 in Kahoka, MO.
She is survived by her husband, 2 daughters, Marjorie Maddix and Luella Keck, 9 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren; and sister, Nellie M. Garrison.
Mrs. Dorothy worked at Gaumer Drug Store for 17 years. She was a member of First Lutheran Church and Bertha-Rex Group of Lutheran Women. She lived most of her life in Jefferson County.
