Morgan Lee Barrow, 23, of Winchester, died Sunday, Aug. 12, 2007, in Seneca Rocks as a result of a motorcycle accident.
Mr. Barrow was born June 30, 1984, in Martinsburg, W.Va., the son of Marion Lee Barrow Jr. and Barbara Jean Windsor Barrow. He was a graduate of Mountainview Christian Academy.
Surviving with his parents of Stephens City are three sisters, Elizabeth Barrow, Rachel Hiatt, and Erin Barrow, all of Stephens City; a half sister, LeeAnn Pectol of Utah; and his fiancee, Jocelyn Schultz.
