Son of Robert Aldridge and Nancy (unknown). No marker exists for Mount Calvary Aldridge. The Aldridge Cemetery is on Mount's land which went to his son, Mark Aldridge, after Minerva died in 1916. I am guessing that Mount's son, Mount C. Jr., was one of the first to be buried there in 1888. Although, Mount's mother, Nancy, could be the first to be buried there, as well, since she died between 1870 and 1880 and was living with Mount at that time. The belief that he is buried here comes from the following reasoning.

Mount's granddaughter stated that her dad, Mark Aldridge, was buried with his parents, which would be Mount and Minerva, and "his people". A couple of Mount's Loper great-nieces died young, shortly after he did in 1895, and were buried there, according to their family, as well. With this evidence, I have no doubt that Mount is there.
