Betsy Frazier Marshall, a resident of Franklin Oaks Nursing Center in Louisburg, passed away on Saturday, July 4, 2020. She was born on September 5, 1931, to the late Kenneth and Johnnie Frazier of Franklin County. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Andrew, John, and Joe Frazier.

Betsy was a member of Flat Rock Baptist Church and retired from Duke University Hospital in December 1994.

She is survived by her son, Johnny Marshall and his wife, Donna; one grandson, Haynes Marshall and three great-grandchildren, Haley, Bryce, and Garrett Marshall. She is also survived by twin sisters, Mary Cash and Mattie Cash and by a half-sister, Mary Davis; special niece, Angela Baker; sister-in-law, Rowena Frazier; several nieces and nephews.

Due to Covid-19, a private graveside service was held at Flat Rock Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Gary McNair officiating.
