Oluf, Count of Rosenborg, a former Danish prince, was the younger son of Prince Harald of Denmark by his wife, Princess Helena Adelaide of Schleswig-Holstein-Sonderburg-Glücksburg, and grandson of King Frederick VIII. He renounced his rights to the throne in 1948 and took the title Count of Rosenborg when he married Annie Helene Dorrit Puggard-Müller in Copenhagen on February 4, 1948. They had two children and divorced in 1977. He married secondly Lis Wolf-Jürgensen in 1982; they divorced in 1983, without issue.
