Ora was the infant son of Truby Gregory and Vada Hardin Gregory. Their address, where the child was born and died, was reported on his death certificate as Pearcy Precinct (or Precinct #3), Rowan County. No doctor was in attendance, no cause of death was determined. (The name of the Precinct is sometimes found as Pearcey, sometimes as Pearce. On the death certificate, it appears to be actually spelled Piersy.)

Ora was buried on 23 May 1920. The death certificate reports the place of burial as Lick Fork Cemetery. A Rowan County Historical Society burial list for this cemetery notes that there are more unmarked graves or plain uncut stones than there are marked graves. One section has infants in it, all unmarked.

Thanks to Doug McKenzie for the information that the burials in Lick Fork were moved to Alfrey Cemetery when Cave Run Lake was created.
