Son of John and Elizabeth Klutz Baney, he married Venena, was widowed, lived at RD 1 Cooperstown, Cherrytree Twp, Venango Co, PA, died in Titusville Hospital of cerebral hemorrhage with hemiplegia due to generalized arteriosclerosis, and decubitus ulcers, per death certificate 003303-61, whose informant was Mrs. Edward Baney, RD 2 Titusville. Buried Feb 2 1961.

Harry H. Baney, 73, of Cooperstown RD 1 (Cherrytree), died at 11:50 an yesterday at Titusville Hospital after a five month illness. He was born in Shamburg Feb. 22, 1887, son of John and Elizabeth Baney of Cherrytree.

He married Venona B. Winters Sept. 22, 1932, in Franklin, and she died April 24, 1960.

He was a member of the Bible Presbyterian Church of Cherrytree, He lived in the Cherrytree vicinity most of his life.

Surviving are two brothers, Charles Baney and Milton Baney, both of Union City; and a sister, Mrs. Lucy Carlson, Jamestown, NY.
