EAST PALESTINE — After a long, hard battle with cancer, we lost our girl. Lori Jessop Kiehl Baughman, 44, of 5064 state Route 170, passed away 6:59 a.m. Thursday at the St. Elizabeth Medical Center, Boardman Campus.
Lori was born Oct. 2, 1962, in Salem, a daughter of Dave and Jeanne Veon Jessop, Sr., and had been a lifelong resident of East Palestine and had trained as a beautician.
Lori is survived by her mother and stepfather, Jeanne and Brian Birmingham of East Liverpool; her father, Dave Jessop, Sr. of Columbiana; and her children, Bobbi Sue Kiehl, Nicole Kiehl and Lenny Kiehl, Jr., all of East Palestine; as well as a granddaughter, Teagan Kiehl. She is also survived by a brother, Dave Jessop, Jr. of East Fairfield; and her sister and brother-in-law, Teresa and Tom Sprowls of East Palestine.
She was a loving sister, daughter, and mother. To those who knew her, we hope she touched your hearts.
A graveside memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. Tuesday at Crest Haven Memorial Gardens, New Waterford. Arrangements were with the Oliver-Linsley Funeral Home.
