Born Nov. 14, 1908, in Chicago the daughter of Henry and Emma Zadek, she died Tuesday, May 9, 2000l at her daughter's home in Indianapolis, Ind. Interment will be private.
Mrs. Kandlik was a retired musician and member of OES Bohemia chapter, Berwyn.
She is survived by her daughters, Susan (Spencer) Christensen of Indianapolis and Joyce (Frank) Graham of San Antonio, Texas; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; brother, Robert (Marie) Zadek of Berwyn; and many loving nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and husband, George L. Memorials may be made to the Shriner's Hospital for Children, 2211 Oak Park Ave., Chicago IL 60607, appreciated.
