PROMISING LAWYER CLAIMED BY DEATH
Clayton H. Kochersperger, Son of Magistrate, Dies at His Home. Was Active in Politics.
After a lingering illness of six month, Clayton H. Kochersperger, a well known member of the bar, died at his home, 1734 North Seventh street, yesterday. He was a son of Magistrate Kochersperger and had a large acquaintance throughout the city. He was 35 years old at the time of his death, and had already met with much success as a lawyer. Mr. Kochersperger is a native of this city, and after graduating from the Penn Charter School studied law under the late George Tucker Bispham. He was a member of the legal staff of the Register of Wills' Office during the administration of Jacob Singer and the present Register Joseph H. Klemmer. Mr. Kochersperger was also active in Twentieth ward Republican politics, and was regarded with much favor by David H. Lane. He had been suffering from a complication of diseases, and his death had been expected for some time. Last week, his brother, Captain Stephen Morris Kochersperger, came East from his army post in order to be near him. Mr. Kochersperger is survived by his widow.

KOCHERSPERGER—On Sunday, November 25, 1906. CLAYTON HAINES, eldest son of William S. and Rebecca Ann Kochersperger, aged 33 years. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral services on Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. precisely, at the residence of his father. No 1734 North 7th st. Interment private.
