Grace Koerner
Grace P. Koerner, 72, of 311 1/2 Mill Street, Seymour, died at 11 p.m. Monday, September 3, at home.
She had been in failing health several years.
The lifelong Jackson County resident was a housewife.
Funeral will begin at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 6, at Voss Funeral Home, Seymour. Burial will be at Riverview Cemetery, Seymour.
Persons may call at the funeral home from 5 to 9 p.m. today, Wednesday, Sept. 5, and from 8:30 a.m. until time of service Thursday.
Born March 28, 1912, at Vallonia, Mrs. Koerner was a daughter of the late Calvin S. and Edith Ella Eisele Wineinger. She was married at Vernon to Charles O. "Jack' Koerner on October 19, 1935, and he died April 14, 1975.
Survivors include a son, Randall Koerner of Seymour; a sister, Mrs. Richard A. (Jewell) Montgomery, of
Mitchell; and three grandchildren.
Mrs. Koerner was preceded in death by an infant daughter, one brother, one half-brother, one sister, and one half-sister.
The family requested that memorials be in the form of donations to the fund of the donor's choice.
