Funeral services for Mr. Paul E. Felts, 55, resident of Ruston, Louisiana, were held at the Kilpatrick Baptist Church in Ruston. Burial was in the Winona Gardens of Memory.

Mr. Felts died Tuesday, May 14, 1991 at Lincoln General Hospital in Ruston, Louisiana. A former resident of Winona, he was a retired Senior Master Sergeant in the U.S. Air Force, an Air Force veteran of Southeast Asia, and a member of the Emmanuel Baptist Church in Ruston.

He was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Louie Felts and the husband of Col. Mary Felts.

Survivors include his wife, Col. Mary Felts of Ruston; a daughter, Paula Felts of Little Rock, Arkansas; two sisters, Gail Williams of Hot Springs Village, Arkansas and Lorita Weaver of Boise, Idaho; and three brothers, Ralph S. Felts of Fairbanks, Alaska, James Oliver Felts of Lytle, Texas and Morris Leon Felts of Decatur, Alabama.

Oliver Funeral Home in Winona was in charge of local arrangements.
