Gust J. Hollinger, 82, 610 Turner St., Wausau, was dead on arrival at a Wausau hospital Wednesday at 1:15 pm.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2 pm at Wesley Methodist Church, Wausau. The Rev. Jerome Nagler will officiate, and burial will be in Restlawn Memorial Park, Wausau. Friends may call after 2:30 pm Friday at Helke West Chapel, Wausau, and after 10:30 am Saturday at the church.
Mr. Hollinger was born Oct. 5, 1887, in the Town of Texas, son of Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Hollinger. He was married Sept. 22, 1917, in the Town of Texas, to Leona Duranceau, who survives. He was a retired employee of the Wausau Paper Mills, where he had worked in the chipper department.
Survivors, besides his wife, include two daughters, Mrs. Veryl Nowak, Town of Wausau, and Mrs. Avila Machel, Rothschild; a brother, Max, 2510 Gowen St., Wausau; and three grandchildren.
