MARION HEIGHTS — Anna R. Petruskevich, 83, of 550 E. North St., passed away Friday, June 24, 2016, after a brief stay at Mountain View: A Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

Born in Marion Heights Feb. 26, 1933, she was a daughter of the late Leon and Theodora (Lorko) Rusinko. She was a lifelong resident of Marion Heights.

Anna was a 1950 graduate of Kulpmont High School and a member of the Patronage of Mother of God Church, Marion Heights.

On Sept. 13, 1958, in Holy Cross Church, Mount Carmel, she married Francis R. Petruskevich, who survives.

In addition to her husband, Francis, she is survived by her nieces and nephews, Joseph Rusinko and his wife, Marie, Dorothy (Rusinko) Davis, Barbara (Rusinko) Crecco and her husband, Ron, Doreen Kushner, Judith (Fesniak) Bucher and her husband, Ron, Dr. Henry Fesniak, the Rev. Mark Fesniak and Joseph Fesniak. She is the last member of her immediate family.

PETRUSKEVICH — Anna R. Petruskevich, 83, of 550 E. North St., Marion Heights. Divine Liturgy will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Patronage of Mother of God Church, 155 Melrose St., Marion Heights, with her nephew, the Rev. Mark Fesniak, serving as the main celebrant. The Rev. Mykola Ivanov will serve as con-celebrant. Burial will be in All Saints Cemetery, Bear Gap. Viewing will be held from 9 to 10:40 a.m. Tuesday with Panahyda at 10:15 a.m. in the C.J. Lucas Funeral Home, Inc., 1053 Chestnut St., Kulpmont, C.J. Lucas, Supervisor. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to Patronage of Mother of God Church, c/o Transfiguration Church, 303 N. Shamokin St., Shamokin, 17872.
