Cliff was a specialist superintendent for the Boilermakers. Cliff had also spent time working for the Federal Bureau of Investigation, along with serving his country in Vietnam as a member of the United States Army. Cliff's passion was his family. He loved spending time with them. His world revolved around them. Cliff was a man who loved life, loved his community, and the people in it. He volunteered his time as a youth coach in baseball, softball, and basketball, as well as working in the village food pantry.
