Mrs. Littleton Dies Here Today

Mrs. J. M. Littleton of Greenville died in King's Daughters Hospital at 11 a. m. today. She had been in ill health for two years. She was 66.

Funeral services will be conducted at the chapel of Wells Funeral Home at 11 a. m. Saturday by Dr. E. D. Elliott, pastor of Calvary Baptist Church. Burial will be at Winona with graveside services there.

Mrs. Littleton, who lived at the family home 431 McAllister, was born in Calhoun County and later lived in Montgomery County and made her home in Greenville the past 31 years.

She leaves her husband, two sons, Kermit Littleton of Greenville, and Paul Littleton of Jackson, six grandchildren and five great- grandchildren: three sisters, Mrs. J. F. Alverson of Memphis, Mrs. G. W. Milstead of Cleveland and Mrs. I. E. Critchfield of Grenada and two brothers, Taylor Howell of Water Valley and Solon Howell of Coffeeville.

Pallbearers for Saturday's service include John Young, Bill Tidwell, George Abdo, Lawrence Hoggett, Clarence Gilchrist, Dale Carr, George Peacock, George Sherman, M. J. Sherman, Seth Thomas, Ed Alexander, Andrew Alexander, Hollis Karr and Monis Lancaster.
