Frances Lea Cline, a longtime resident of Rogers, passed away on July 30, 2020. She was born on June 21, 1934 in Fort Worth, Texas to the late Sam Ray Lockhart, and Ora Evelyn (Vanderbilt) Lockhart.
Her survivors include her children, Gary Don Cline (Janis) of Centeron, James Cline of Rogers, Patsy Ruth (Jeffrey) of Springdale, Steve R. Cline of Rogers; 8 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and sisters, Peggy Cawthon, Marilyn Whisenhunt, and Betty Stradford. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, James Cline; siblings, Bob, Sam, and Troy Lee "Dick" Lockhart , Emma Mayo, Mabel Moore; and a grandson, Nick Cline.
A graveside service will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 4 at Reddick Cemetery in Garfield.
