WORCESTER - Ronald L. LaFlash, 60, of Worcester, a business manager and used-car dealer, died yesterday in the University of Massachusetts Hospital after he was stricken ill Friday.
he Leaves his wife, Carol (Blanchard) LaFlash; his former wife Nancy (Price) LaFlash, both of Worcester; three sons, Ronald M. LaFlash of Worcester, Mark LaFlash of Oakham and Daniel LaFlash of Oxnard, Calif., three daughters, Nancy Pasquale of Worcester, Joanne Beaunier of Uxbridge and Christine Polland of Leicester; two brothers, Richard LaFlash in South Carolina and Robert LaFlash of Worcester; 11 grandchildren, one great-grandson. He was born in Worcester, son of Leo and Eva (Braconnier) LaFlash, and lived her most of his life.
Mr. LaFlash was the business manager at Captain Ron's seafood for 15 years. He was also a self-employed auto broker in Worcester for many years, and owned and operated Ronnie's Used Cars. He previously worked for Singer Co. He was a member of St. Matthew's Episcopal Church.
The Funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday in St. Matthew's Episcopal Church, 695 Southbridge St. Burial will be in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Calling hours are 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow at Britton-Wallace Funeral Home, 91 central st., Auburn. The family requests flowers be omitted.
