Mr. Dennis H. Davis, 97, of Winona, died of heart failure Monday, Aug. 7, 2000, at Tyler Holmes Memorial Hospital
Mr. Davis, a retired farmer, was a member of Church of Christ. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. George Davis and a son, Dennis H. Davis Jr.
Graveside services were held at 2 p.m. Aug. 9 at Oakwood Cemetery in Winona. Mr. Dan Beardain officiated.
Mr. Davis is survived by four daughters, Lucile West of Tomball, Texas, ReGina D’Angeles of Baton Rouge, La., Betty McCuiston of Winona, Joyce Langley of Greenville; one sister, Leaner Moreland of Indianola; and a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Oliver Funeral Home of Winona was in charge of arrangements.
