James Edward Neal, age 86, passed away on August 3, 2020 at NOVANT Health Prince William Medical Center, Manassas, VA.
He was born on February 26, 1934 in West Virginia to the late Charles Taylor and Jessie Virginia (Bise) Neal.
Mr. Neal was a longtime member of Soul's Harbor Church of God in Manassas.
Predeceased by his loving wife Vernie Neal (2000)
Survivors include three children: Nancy Coleman, Ronnie Puckett (Christine) and James Puckett (Laura); longtime companion: Ronda Henson; Siblings: Charles Neal, Curtis Neal, Cletis Neal, Linda Lewis and Peggy Hamm; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Also surviving are many life long friends and former co-workers at the City of Manassas.
