Henry W. Keyes, 78 Was Boston law partner NORTH HAVERHILL, N.H. -Henry Wilder Keyes, , 78, a former Boston lawyer and New Hampshire banker, died Saturday of heart failure in his residence here. Born in Haverhill, N.H., he was with the Sherburne, Powers and Needham law firm in Boston from 1930 to 1950, and until 1980 was with Spencer and Stone, becoming a partner there in 1960. Mr. Keyes was president of the Massachusetts Title Insurance Co. of Boston from 1965 until 1980 and was one of the organizers of the New England Land Title Assn. . He was a director of the Woods-ville National bank - now the In-dianhead Bank in New Hampshire - from 1938 until 1975, and its president from 1959 until 1974. "He lived 40 years in Nvton Centre, Mass., moving here in 1980, and had been a school committee member and chairman. "He was a member of the Church of the Redeemer in Chestnut Hill, and of the Union Boat Club of Boston, the Cambridge Boat Club, the Harvard Club and the Country Club of Brookline. ' A 32d degree Mason, he was a member of the Grafton Lodge here. He leaves his wife, Betty (Main) Keyes of North Haverhill; three daughters, Gretta Orbegoso of Needham, Mass., Frances K. Keiael of Flowertown, Pa., and Sally Ret-tew of Moorestown, N.J.; and eight grandchildren. "A funeral service will be held today at 2 p.m. in St. Luke's Episcopal Church, Woodsville.
