Peacefully called home by Our Lord on Monday night, August 10, 2020 at Scripps Mercy Hospital (Hillcrest), San Diego, CA. He is survived by his four daughters, Angela Rose Acfalle (Sirena and Luke), Mary Therese “Ria” (Tom) Callens (Kaya, David and Christiana), Beverly Ann Acfalle (Trinity and Gabriel) and Rachel Mae Acfalle (Niomi). David is additionally survived by his sister May A. Perez (Guam) and his 1st wife and best friend Lee Ann Cruz, along with numerous family members and friends.
In his blessed new life, David is pre-deceased by his mother Trinidad A. Mansapit, his 2nd wife Maxine W. Acfalle, and many other pre-deceased relatives and friends.
David was originally from Malesso, Guam, lived and worked in Hawaii and was a resident of Las Vegas, Nevada for the past 13+ years. David’s career included service as U. S. Navy Civil Service Journeyman Electrician, Refinery Manager at the Guam Oil and Refining Company (GORCO), and Fuels Director with the U. S. Navy Fuels Dept. in Honolulu, Hawaii.
