Billie Jean Mullins Adams, 76, Bledsoe, passed away Thursday, August 13, 2020, at her residence. Born January 7, 1944 in Perry County, she worked at H&R Block for many years.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Bernard Adams; her parents, Johnnie Mullins and Armilda Couch Mullins; three children, Edward “June Bug” Adams, Linda Barker and Dawn Thorpe.
She is survived by eight children, Jacqualine Frazier and husband Norman, Pineville; Jonathan Bradley Adams, Bledsoe; Lewis Dean Adams and wife, Margo, Bledsoe; Jeremy Adams and wife, Glenna, Bledsoe; Jessica Dawn Perkins and husband, Lyric, Harrodsburg, KY; Jonathan Forrester Adams, Bledsoe; Linda Lanae Chapplin and husband, Joseph, Monticello, KY; and Autumn Bree Adams, Bledsoe; one brother, Edward Mullins and wife Imojean, Gordon, KY. Also surviving are 11 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren; and special friend-sister, Libby Rigney of Cumberland.
Visitation will be from 12 to 1p.m. Sunday, August 16, 2020, in the chapel of Tri City Funeral Home with funeral services starting at 1 p.m. with the Reverend Glen Cornett officiating.
The family asks that everyone please wear a mask for the visitation and funeral.
Burial will be in the Johnson Cemetery, Chavies, KY, with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
