John Parkhill Randolph (1855-), a civil engineer, married Minnie Hooker (1864-1935). Their children were Joseph Arthur (1883-1903); and Laura Duval Randolph (1888-1959) who lived in Kerrville, Tx. and married in 1908, Charles Paul Shearn, Jr. (1887-1960), son of Charles Paul (1856-1948) and Nettie Barrell Shearn (1861-1952), of Houston. Their children were Margurite Kendall (1910-99), and Maj. Charles Paul Shearn III (1912-45)(UHouston c1934, class president) who was in the Army, 1940-44, served on Gen. Douglas MacArthur's staff and died in WWII. There is a ROTC Scholarship in his name at the University of Houston. Margurite Kendall Shearn (1910-99) married John Spence Hornbuckle (1901-64), of Houston. A son, John Spence Hornbuckle, Jr. (1940-2016)(UTx c1962), founded Metropolitan Auto Park and was a broker and agent in Houston. He married c1980, Cora Christine Everts, and their children are Laura Christine and John Spence Hornbuckle III.
