Joseph H. Brisbin, 75, retired employee of American Locomotive Company, died at his home, 107 Bradford St. He had lived most of his life in Colonie. He later resided in Willsboro before returning to Albany about a month ago. He was a member of the 25 Year Club at the locomotive plant.
Surviving are his wife, the former Susan Kearns, and two sisters, Mrs. Bertha Palmer, Philadelphia, and Mrs. Harold E. Arnold, Schenectady.
