Mrs. Lena Palen Died Yesterday
Mrs. Lena Palen, 71, died of a heart attack at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Dorothy Hansen at Manitou yesterday.
Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Charlotte Van Vlack of Fishkill, Mrs. Vivian Smith and Mrs. Dorothy Hansen of Manitou, and three sisters of New York City. Mrs. Palen was born in Brooklyn.
Funeral services will be held from the Colman Funeral Home, Cold Spring, Friday at 2 p.m. with the Rev. George Baird of the Cold Spring Methodist Church officiating. Interment in the Cold Spring Cemetery.
In repose at the Coleman Funeral Home after 3 o’clock Thursday afternoon.
