Justus Addiss was the son of Jennie Anne Gunderson and Edward Francis Addiss. He was also the life partner of actor Hayden Rorke (# 6026 ), who was best known as Dr Bellows on I Dream of Jeanie. The two met in the mid-1930s and were together until Addiss's death in 1979.
"Jus" was a director of stage and small screen. He directed episodes of such programs as Lost in Space, The Twilight Zone, The Wild, Wild West, The High Chapparel, Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea, Mr Ed, and many others.
Television Director. Directed the "High Chaparral" television series.
