Godsell from Tipperary, Ireland on October 20, 1875. He died in 1888 in Rooks County, Kansas and is buried in West Hope Cemetery, Lanark Twp., Stockton, Rooks County, Kansas. They had six children. Mark Edward Godsell died at the age of 2 years in 1882 and is buried in Rooks County, Kansas. Lena I. Godsell Schlotterback died in 1939 and is buried in Noble County, Indiana. Two brothers and two sisters also preceded her in death.
