URBINA, Oralia Besa 1921 - 2007 Oralia Besa Urbina, 86, died peacefully at home on Wednesday, September 5, 2007, in Austin, Texas, surrounded by family and friends and having enjoyed a full, rich and vibrant life. Oralia was born in Eagle Pass, Maverick County, Texas on August 29, 1921 and moved to San Antonio in 1941 as the young bride and beloved wife of Humberto E. Urbina. They made a home for their family first in Eagle Pass, Texas, later in Mesa, Arizona and finally in Austin, Texas. Oralia and Humberto poured their hearts first and foremost into raising their family, but were always mindful of supporting their church and community. Throughout their marriage, they worked hand in hand in building a successful upholstery and investment business. A dedicated wife and mother, Oralia is survived by her husband of 66 years, Humberto, and by all of her nine children, Alicia Urbina Ulate and husband John Ulate of Mesa, Arizona, Humberto Urbina and wife Kathy Roy of Mesa, Arizona, Vangie Urbina Udall and husband Tim Udall of St. Johns, Arizona, Ricardo Urbina and wife Caryn Long Urbina of Maitland, Florida, Jorge Urbina and wife Patty Clifton Urbina of Denton, Texas, Samuel Urbina and wife, Carmen Villarreal Urbina of San Antonio, Texas, Libby Urbina Ojeda and husband Armando Ojeda of Austin, Texas, Abe Urbina and wife Janet Jo Stephenson of Austin, Texas and Elias Urbina and wife, Diana Benavides Urbina of Austin, Texas. Oralia is also remembered and honored by 24 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren. A service of celebration and thanksgiving to God for the loving life of Oralia Besa Urbina will be held on Saturday, September 15, 2007 at 3:00 PM at Iglesia Emmanuel United Methodist Church located in Austin, Texas, with Rev. Michael Dobbs officiating. Afterwards, Humberto Urbina and family will receive guests in the Fellowship Center of Iglesia Emmanuel. Memorials in Oralia's honor may be sent to the General Fund of Iglesia Emmanuel United Methodist Church at 200 Brushy Street, Austin, Texas 78702 (512-472-4088). Flowers will also be received by Iglesia Emmanuel or may be sent to 2010 Rabb Glen, Austin, Texas 78704.
