She was born to Albert and Margaret Jacobs Anderson.
She married Ted Godsil.
Judy is survived by her loving husband, Ted; (2) sons, Troy (and Kelly) Godsil of Loveland, Colo. and Scott Godsil of Monmouth, Ill., (5) grandchildren; a brother John (and Margaret) Anderson of Valley Center, California; and (2) sisters, Janet Casey of Abingdon, Ill.and Jeanine (and Harold) Erickson of Elizabethtown, Kentucky.
She was preceeded in her death by her parents.
She graduated from Abingdon High School. She worked for several years at Maytag Corp in, Galesburg, Ill.

ABINGDON-Judy M. Godsil, 60, of The Villages, Fla., formerly of Abingdon and Galesburg, died Monday, Sept. 10, 2007, in The Village Regional Hospital.

She was born July 24, 1947, in Avon, the daughter of Albert and Margaret (Jacobs) Anderson. She married Ted Godsil.

She is survived by her loving husband, Ted; two sons, Troy (Kelly) Godsil, Loveland, Colo., and Scott Godsil, Monmouth; five grandchildren; one brother, John (Margaret) Anderson, Valley Center, Calif.; and two sisters, Janet Casey, Abingdon, and Jeanine (Harold) ) Erickson, Elizabethtown, Ky.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

She graduated from Abingdon High School.

She worked for several years at Maytag Corp. in Galesburg. She had just recently moved to Florida.

Judy loved to sit next to Ted as they both worked on their computers. She had a passion to listen to "Country Oldies'' on WAAG during the noon hour and try to win dinner for two at Hungry Hobo.

She loved her husband, sons and grandchildren very dearly.

Cremation was accorded.

Family visitation will be held Saturday, Sept. 22, 2007, from 1 to 3 p.m. in the Hinchliff-Pearson-West Abingdon Chapel.
