Everett Monrow Williamson

Everett Monrow Williamson, 68, 805 Hedge St., Midwest City,
died Tuesday in Norman Municipal Hospital following a long
illness.

Services will be 10:30 am Thursday in McMahan's Chapel of
Prayer with the Rev. Loyd Robertson officiating. Burial
will be in the Arlington Cemetery, Midwest City.

Williamson was born Dec. 25, 1913, in Kaufman County, Texas,
lived in Midwest City and worked for the Atkinson Lumber Co.
for 21 years as yard foreman. He was self-employed for
15 years and had lived in Noble 12 years before returning
to Midwest City three years ago. He was a member of the
Soldier Creek Baptist Church in Midwest City.

Survivors include his wife, Naomi "Polly" of the home; a
son, Michael of Houston, Texas; a step-daughter, Linda
Bennett of Hollis; two brothers, Ervin Williamson of
Midwest City and John Williamson of Lexington; two sisters,
Virgie Linsey of Terrell, Texas, and Bessie Pershall of
Gary, Indiana; and four grandchildren.

Bearers will be James Fischer, Joe W. Davis, Don Foster,
Randy Posey, Paul Bradshaw and Steve Williams.
