Kenneth S. Clark, Silver Spring Florist And Lodge Member


Kenneth S. Clark, 43, Silver Spring florist and member of a well-known Montgomery County family, died of a heart ailment Tuesday night at his home, 8460 Piney Branch court, Silver Spring.


Mr. Clark, a native of Silver Spring, established Clark's Flowers at 8648 Colesville road. He had previously been manager of the A. Gude Sons wholesale florist firm and also was with the Gude Bros., Connecticut avenue store.


Mr. Clark was a charter member of the Silver Spring Elks lodge, and he was also active in the Silver Spring Lions Club and the Izaak Walton League.


Surviving him is his widow, Adele Lynch Clark, who was his business associate; a daughter,

Miss Betty Lou Clark of the home address, and his mother, Mrs. Margaret E. Clark of White Oak,

Md.


He also leaves four brothers and two sister: Morrison M. Clark, 2901 Daniel road, Chevy Chase, Md.; John R. and James Edward Clark, both of White Oak; George W. Clark, a civilian with the Army Engineers in Germany; Mrs. Harold S. Robertson of Baltimore, and Mrs. George C. Wetherill, Westmoreland Hills, Md.


Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. tomorrow in Grace Episcopal Church, Silver Spring. Burial will be in St. Mark's Cemetery, Fairland, Md.
