Julia Mary Apgar, 50, died October 3, 2008 in Mission Viejo, California. She was born December 30, 1957 in Los Angeles, California to William and Mary Apgar. Julia lived much of her life under the auspices of Good Shepherd Lutheran Communities and at her death, was working for Goodwill Industries of Orange County. She was a vibrant and energetic woman despite her multiple disabilities and was loved by many. She will be greatly missed! She is survived by her sisters, Joyce Pewthers of Placentia, California and Janice Barrett of Bristow, Virginia; ten nieces and nephews; eight great-nieces and nephews as well as all her friends and family at Good Shepherd Communities.
