Death occurred this morning at 8:45 to Mrs. Rhada Huggins, 78, beloved woman of the Lone Oak community, who had been ill for the past three weeks with complications. Mrs. Huggins died at the home of her son, Frank Huggins, with whom she had lived for a number of years. Funeral services will be held at the grave in the Baggett cemetery Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock by Elder Herbert Allen. Mrs Huggins was the daughter of the late Tom Baggett and Mrs. Sallie Sinks Baggett, Her husband, John Huggins, preceded her in death a number of years ago. Surviving are two sons, T.E. Huggins, deputy sheriff, who resides in Clarksville, and Frank Huggins of the Lone Oak community. She also leaves a brother, Leonard Baggett of Mt. Zion, and two sisters, Mrs Susan Murphy of Cumberland Furnace and Mrs Joe Chambers of Stewart, Tenn. A number of grandchildren survive.
