They had four daughters; Alyne Cobb Anselmo of Birmingham, Al; Virginia Estelle Cobb who died as an infant, Hazel Cobb Freeman of Birmingham,AL; and Lola Cobb Wade of Midland, TX.
After Eunice died in 1931, Sam married Alma Easley Cobb in 1933. They had a son, Carlton Cobb of Brookhaven, MS.
