Annette Kay Heath., 52, of Bloomington IN died peacefully Friday, August 21, 2020 at her home in Bloomington.

Annette was born on May 29, 1968 in Greencastle, IN. She attended Owen Valley High School and Ivy Tech College in Bloomington. She worked as a home health aid for Elder Journey for over 10 years.

Annette was a member of City Church. She loved arts and crafts, reading, gardening, and spending time in her hammock. She loved her children, grandchildren and spending time with family and friends, she will be greatly missed by all who loved and knew her.

Annette is survived by her children, Ashley L. (Matthew) Campbell of Bloomington; Anthony D. Carpenter of Ellettsville; Lake J. Heath of Bloomington; Ian C. Heath of Bloomington; grandchildren, Matthias, Bentley, Kameron, Willa and OakLynn Campbell, Dylan Carpenter and Drake Houck; she is also survived by her stepdaughter, Tiffany D. Carpenter of Avon; he mother, Janice Kay Snapp of Spencer; three sisters, Tracy J Woodruff of Gosport; Stephanie L. Freeman of Spencer; Sheryl L. Reynolds of Spencer; one brother, Donald J. Snapp of Center Pointe; and several nieces and nephews and cousins She was preceded in death by her grandson, Parker Eli Campbell; grandparents, Bennie and Ruth Joanne Woodruff, her aunt Shannon Park and two uncle’s Mike and Donald Woodruff; and her cousin Scott Rice..

A memorial service will be held at a later date. Cremation Rites have been accorded.
