Survived by wife, Doris Sarr Bollinger; daughter, Muriel Bates, Michigan and three granddaughters. Other survivors include sister,Nadine Hoffacker, Hanover, PA; four brothers, Donald Bollinger, Kenneth Bollinger and Ward Bollinger all of Hanover, PA; Harold "Sam" Bollinger, New Oxford, PA.
Rev. George Bell, Huron Presbyterian church officiated at a military funeral.
