Son of Louis Anderson Sr. and Ethel O'Neil Anderson.

Retired Raynesford- and Calvert-area ranched, died of natural causes at the Montana Veterans Home in Columbia Falls (Montana).

Attended school in Raynesford and graduated from Belt Valley High School.

Studied auto mechanics at Dunwoody Trade School in Minneapolis and worked in garages in Neihart, White Sulphur Springs, Lewistown, Roundup and Harlem (Montana).

Served as an aircraft mechanic in the Army Air Corps during World War II. After his military discharge in China, he returned to Montana and was a mechanic for Bison Ford in Great Falls for nine years.

He was a partner with his brothers, Edmund and Louis, in ranching operations at Raynesford and Calvert until ill health forced his retirement in 1968.

A member of St. Ann's Cathedral and the American Legion. An angler and a hunter.

Survived by his brother, Louis. Preceded by his brother Edmund and sister Mary Ann Sweeney.
