Dave Finley Millican was born November 20, 1946 in Coppell, Texas and passed away on September 18, 2020 in Mesquite, Texas at the age of 73.
He was a husband and father that enjoyed Amateur Radio (KD5IZF), reading, Westerns and Charlie Brown & Snoopy. He is preceded in death by his wife, Ina Fay.
Survived by son Dave, daughter-in-law Latisha, daughters Angela and Dorothy, and brother Larry and sister-in-law Joan.
