Janet Anne Bell passed away peacefully on September 13, 2007 in Scottsdale, Az. She is survived by her husband Mel, her daughter Roberta, and by so many others whose lives she touched and who loved her dearly. She was such a sweet and special person, truly adored by all who knew her, and we will miss her terribly. Janet was preceded in death by her parents Ida and Harry Arkin, and her brother Norman Arkin. Graveside services will be held at on Tuesday, September 18th at 10AM at Green Acres Mortuary & Cemetery 401 N. Hayden Rd. Scottsdale, Az. " Dear Dear mother, always know how thankful we are to have had you with us, and remember that we will miss you always. "
