Mrs. Jessie Mae Bell Scott.56,of Big Stone Gap.
Died Sunday 02-26-1978 at St Mary's Hospital
in Norton after a long illness.

She was formerly employed by Mike's Department Store.
And Cas Walkers Grocery and a lifelong resident of the area.

Survivors include two sons, James Albert Bell,Richmond,VA.
Robert Lawrence Bell,Big Stone Gap, VA.

Three Brothers
James Roy Jr.(Shelia) Malcolm Brummitt(Peggy)
and Walter Morgan Brummitt.

Six Sisters
Pearl Ashley(Bill) ,Bell Dunlop(Ray)
Mary Christian(Ritch) Pauline Hartford(Arvil)
Edna Clay (Curtis),Mabel Swinney(Mitchell)

Her parents were James Roy Brummitt Sr. and
Martha (Otie) Ward Brummitt.

I can not say she dead. She is just away. With a cheery smile and a wave of the hand. She has wandered into an unknown land, left us dreaming how very fair in needs must be, since she lingers there, we must think of her fairing on as dear in the love of there as the love of here.Jessie is not dead, she is just away.
